L’ Archange is intense and warm on the palate, with a good structure and a round finish with a hint of minerality as well as notes of cocoa and licorice. Complex, ample, and very persistent. To be decanted.

Food Pairing: Perfect accompaniment to red meats, specifically lamb racks and beef ribs, as well as lightly cooked fillets. Pairs well with beef tartare given the strong notes of spices.
