Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot are used to create the
delicately well-balanced Domaine St. Gabriel. Rich ruby color
and intense nose of fruits enhanced by toasted and vanilla notes. With flavors of fruits bursting with sunshine, chocolate and spices,
the palate is voluptuous. This wine has an excellent length and should be opened an hour before serving at 16-18 °C.
