LE DOMAINE, a sweet wine with 100% respect for ancestral tradition, the grapes are entirely destemmed and pressed, then moved into large copper pots. On a very low heat, the juice concentrate until obtaining its best dress. Allowed to ferment gently and naturally until the last natural yeast is exhausted leaving a high alcohol level and a natural sugar level that expresses its authenticity. Made with Tempranillo from a 17-year-old vineyard.
